It feels as if I can’t live without you
Hours wasted daily on meaningless thrills
Discovering worlds far away
Hardly viewing my own

What would happen if I put you down
For just a minute or too
If I went and lived on my own
Had to interact with others first hand

I fear I would be in for a shock
