He was soon borne away by the waves
and lost in the darkness and distance.

Seeking the companionship which he craves;

To his loneliness he is a slave
as hopeless as his failed romance.
He was soon borne away by the waves,

On a path unset he slowly strays;
his fortune a matter only of chance.
Seeking the companionship which he craves.

His destination an unreachable grave,
his absolution an unwavering stance.
He was soon borne away by the waves.

It won’t be long until he caves;
his rage an undetermined dance.
He will soon be borne away by the waves
as he seeks the companionship he craves.
