Chose flight and endure loving hostility.<\/p>\n

I watched you still ready and waiting,<\/p>\n
You chose escape of my loving touch,<\/p>\n
A price to pay a penance degrading,<\/p>\n
You chose the path easily predicted,<\/p>\n
In shadow and murk, I glide portentous,<\/p>\n
You chose poorly amputated queen,<\/p>\n
My presence looms in rage tremendous.<\/p>\n

Our games thought once withdrawn,<\/p>\n
The chair, your crutch, swiftly ceased,<\/p>\n
Our games change form,<\/p>\n
Matching your caged Aria confronting my Tenor in beast,<\/p>\n

A betrayal must be acknowledged in brutal objection,<\/p>\n
Our games progression ever evolving,<\/p>\n
