I breathe deeply through everything. Sometimes I do scream at it.<\/p>\n

Lately the runner is resurfacing.<\/p>\n

For a living I help with trauma.<\/p>\n

Lately I want a big break.<\/p>\n

I have a passion I don\u2019t get to express enough.<\/p>\n

I care but I\u2019m feeling depleted.<\/p>\n

I listen and still help but resent the energy use.<\/p>\n

there\u2019s a level of presence that everyone of my life – clients and family seem to expect and secretly I want to withdraw it.<\/p>\n

They expect it because I\u2019ve nurtured and cultivated it through meditation and years of therapy.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m emotionally present. I show up. I give. I engage.<\/p>\n

But I\u2019m tired now.<\/p>\n
