Hmmm&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>(for hour 24\u2014prompt: the place I feel most at home; here\u2019s a poem from the history of Onweald)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the Ferweard Fair Straits Formed Between The Southlands<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the days when Ella joined Mahriket<\/p>\n<p>And the gods could bask in her grace<\/p>\n<p>The generous Goddess Katherine Fair<\/p>\n<p>Voluntar\u2019ly stepped down from her exalted place<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Katherine sighed upon The Southlands\u2019 war<\/p>\n<p>Within her heart shook to breaking<\/p>\n<p>Over decades of sons lost of mothers<\/p>\n<p>And daughters who morn widowed queen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Katherine sought no champion to join her<\/p>\n<p>With tones of love filled inflection<\/p>\n<p>She bowed to ask Old Rothahn\u2019s favor<\/p>\n<p>Taking twelve centuries of perfection<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To the city beyond the Freotho<\/p>\n<p>Where she wove spells of such power<\/p>\n<p>No man could withstand or behold<\/p>\n<p>The princesses, goddess, felled palace tower<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fueled by her heart, fueled by her love<\/p>\n<p>Her final act put all geasa in motion<\/p>\n<p>The followers of Lorena and those of Lenora<\/p>\n<p>The waves parsed in two, separated by ocean<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I might be insane, but the place I feel most at home is a world I made up over a couple decades of creative writing.
