We serve as a primary identification

\nto display the ‘smile’ expession
\nwith situation-appropriate intensity, of course<\/p>\n
We primarily communicate using
\nour lexicon of available expressions
\nUniversally understood, yet inherently unique<\/p>\n
What sets us apart (and brings us together) is the fact that

\nMy bearer-person has an askew nose
\nAnd clumpy eyebrows
\nHis friend has a faint wart on his jaw
\nWhen I smile at ‘Warty’, his face smiles back at me<\/p>\n
\nLike in that Bruce Lee<\/em> movie
\nOr in\u00a0those godawful changing rooms at\u00a0the mall
\nwith mirrors on every wall
\nI can’t\u00a0bear\u00a0the notion of one bearer-person having
\nInfinite clone faces with their\u00a0features reversed<\/p>\n
\nThere’s too much reputation at stake
\nYou have to face<\/em> things, or fear losing\u00a0face
\n<\/em>I yearn to reach the age of facial freedom
\nWhich is when your bearer-person becomes old
\nAnd we become so wrinkled, we essentially become
