Do not contain it,<br \/>\ndo not nurture or feed it,<br \/>\nfor then it becomes a poison<br \/>\nlodged deep inside you.<br \/>\nPour it out and be done with it.<\/p>\n<p>And as your heart overflows,<br \/>\nyou will see it grow, become<br \/>\nlarger still, and able to encompass<br \/>\nmore and better things.<\/p>\n<p>But still, then, it should overflow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The heart should always overflow Do not let your emotions be small enough to sit comfortably inside you Let love pour out of you, spill onto the table, cover the floor around your feet.
