Miles To Go Before I Sleep<\/p>\n
Each night I go through my routine
\nCheck Facebook, play Candy Crush,
\nWait for my man to kiss me goodnight
\nAnd sit in the dark, waiting for sleep to approach<\/p>\n
The darkness envelops me
\nUnless you count the numerous nightlights,
\nThe red glare of the tv\u2019s on\/off button,
\nAnd the glow from the LED bulbs that never seem to fade<\/p>\n
They just glower above me
\nLooking down on me, letting me know that they see
\nThey see, those three lights, what the darkness tries to hide
\nThey see, those three lights, what my mind avoids during the day<\/p>\n
Sleep doesn\u2019t come but my prayers do
\nFor you see, those three lights also remind me that Another watches as well
\nThe Great Three-in-One, those three lights, aren\u2019t as harsh
\nAs the other lights that constantly seek to dim my shine<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a Frost-y night, and just as he had things to do
