So he stayed within the tower<\/p>\n<p>Right where they left him<\/p>\n<p>And wasted away<\/p>\n<p>The vines came and claimed him, and no one knew why<\/p>\n<p>The sky turned forever grey.<\/p>\n<p>For Rapunzel was Sunlight, love, and warmth were his domain<\/p>\n<p>But from the neglect of others, they could never be the same.<\/p>\n<p>Alone in the darkness, even the sun will go out<\/p>\n<p>Not taught how to love, his heart festered fear and doubt<\/p>\n<p>So let that be a lesson<\/p>\n<p>To treat all with kindness<\/p>\n<p>And judge not by looks or strangeness<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t leave your Rapunzel in the tower to rot away<\/p>\n<p>Free them, love them, help them today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rapunzel they called him,\u00a0 Rapunzel he was, A prince to some, a common son of a baker to others But they never asked him where he came from.
