Write a letter to yourself from the perspective of someone who is no longer in your life. It could be a former teacher you admired but you lost touch with, someone you knew from childhood, someone who passed on, etc. The specifics are very much up to you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It’s about time really.<\/p>\n

That is, I’m here to talk to you about time.<\/p>\n

So go ahead and wash the dishes and\u2014<\/p>\n

Well\u2014<\/p>\n

Ponder.<\/p>\n

Remember.<\/p>\n

Believe.<\/p>\n

You are good at being in your head in the present moment..<\/p>\n

Pondering comes pretty easy for you.<\/p>\n

It’s just “the what “you should be picky about.<\/p>\n

Don’t let yourself get stuck in the negative.<\/p>\n

Continue to ponder what is beautiful and what is truth.<\/p>\n

Don’t let fleeting passions blind you to what is important in life.<\/p>\n

Then there is “Remember”.<\/p>\n

Don’t let the past get away from you.<\/p>\n

Remember the learning moments and those who have taught you.<\/p>\n

Finally, there is believing.<\/p>\n

Believing is about reaching into the future.<\/p>\n

Believe there is truth and when you find it you will know it is right.<\/p>\n

Believe in yourself.\u00a0 Yes, everyone has this posted somewhere on a wall.<\/p>\n

But you are one of an endless number of beings of truth.<\/p>\n

You were made to import and then impart truth.<\/p>\n

Once you find it.\u00a0 Share it with others.<\/p>\n

It is always up to the listener to decide for themselves the truth.<\/p>\n
