It’s called lavashak,<\/p>\n

fruity leather goodness.<\/p>\n

I sit in the garden<\/p>\n

the stray cat looking<\/p>\n

for something as delicious<\/p>\n

as what I have in my hands.<\/p>\n

I peel the lavashak from its plastic confinement<\/p>\n

first, a lick<\/p>\n

so sour, makes my tongue tingle<\/p>\n

then an unmistakable sweetness<\/p>\n

marries the sour.<\/p>\n

What bliss…<\/p>\n

a five year old sitting on the concrete steps<\/p>\n

sun beating down<\/p>\n

and eating lavashak.<\/p>\n
