I often wonder at the futility of dreams
\nUnattainable, a wild goose chase, it seems<\/p>\n
Yet, these dreams have power
\nHiding inside them, seed of hope, that will flower
\nAbove your cynicism and negativity, will it tower<\/p>\n
But, is it worth the pain
\nOf dreaming; they going unfulfilled yet again?<\/p>\n
I so wish, dreams came with a tap
\nI could switch on or off, with a snap!<\/p>\n
They don’t; when they break, hear their screams
\nI often wonder at the futility of dreams<\/p>\n
But, is it worth the pain
\nSetting up hopes high, like spirited rain
\nWhen they will see no daylight, yet again<\/p>\n
Hark! Miss hope into my breast, finds her way
