I assumed<\/p>\n<p>he was digging into my<\/p>\n<p>newly-planted flower pots.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After breakfast, I peeked<\/p>\n<p>out the bathroom window<\/p>\n<p>and was shocked to see<\/p>\n<p>the presumed thief. He was<\/p>\n<p>gathering strawberries, and leaving<\/p>\n<p>them on our table in the courtyard!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He obviously took great care. Not<\/p>\n<p>one of the precious berries<\/p>\n<p>was smashed. He placed them<\/p>\n<p>out of the sun, under the umbrella.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What a treasure for we humans<\/p>\n<p>to enjoy this afternoon!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Treasure &nbsp; This morning I reflexively shoed away the squirrel from my garden.
