Hers is soft and bubbly, sometimes<\/p>\n
exploding into rhythms of squeals, leaving<\/p>\n
no question of delight.<\/p>\n
Their little one attempts to mimic both.<\/p>\n
She is occasionally successful and always in her own style.<\/p>\n
Grandma’s came higher-pitched,<\/p>\n
through her nose and made her belly jiggle.<\/p>\n
Grandpa’s joy came from deep in his chest<\/p>\n
and made his whole body shake!<\/p>\n
If you were in another room,<\/p>\n
you could know who was happy<\/p>\n
by the sound of their voice.<\/p>\n
