Wrap-around porch.<\/p>\n

Happiness and laughter and love<\/p>\n
And rejoicing and celebration<\/p>\n
I remember . . .<\/p>\n
Not enough beds,<\/p>\n
Relatives lying on sleeping bags,<\/p>\n
Couches, porches<\/p>\n
I remember\u00a0. . .<\/p>\n
Being too old for a crib,<\/p>\n
But having to sleep<\/p>\n
In one that weekend.<\/p>\n
I remember . . .<\/p>\n
A snotty older cousin standing<\/p>\n
By the crib<\/p>\n
In the morning,<\/p>\n
Chanting, \u201cGood morning, Baby.\u201d<\/p>\n
I remember \u00a0. . .<\/p>\n
Wanting to\u00a0 poke<\/p>\n
Her in the eye,<\/p>\n
But I would get in trouble<\/p>\n
For that, so instead<\/p>\n

Pouring salt in her glass<\/p>\n
Of TANG, and<\/p>\n
I remember . . .<\/p>\n
Her sour cream face crying<\/p>\n
I remember . . .<\/p>\n
Laughing so hard<\/p>\n
That milk bubbled in my nose<\/p>\n
I remember . . .<\/p>\n
That big, white house, the crib,<\/p>\n
The laughter, the TANG,<\/p>\n
And salt<\/p>\n
