Hello again God-
\nI’m sorry that I haven’t
\ntalked to you much recently
\nBeen thinking that I could handle
\nthings on my own again.<\/p>\n
I’m coming to you tonight God
\nBecause I’m disturbed at the
\nrecent turn of events in this nation.
\nIn this world, everywhere you look
\nSomeone’s upset with someone or
\nsomething else.<\/p>\n
We have countries going after each
\nother because of differences in religion
\nin political views, and in the color of skin
\nWhy can’t they just stop and look at what
\nthey are doing to each other.<\/p>\n
We have people hating each other
\nbecause it’s easier to hate than it
\nis for them to simply love another person
\nWhy? Didn’t anyone ever teach them to love?<\/p>\n
We have people going into schools
\nShooting them up, killing people who were
\nsimply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
\nHow was it their fault that someone was angry?
\nWhat did each individual person do to that one
\nangry person?<\/p>\n
We have people playing the blame game.
\nSaying that it was someone else’s fault
\nthat something happened. Why? Didn’t anyone
\never tell them to take responsibility for their own
\nactions?<\/p>\n
God? I don’t know how much longer I can
\npersonally continue to keep holding on,
\nwhen everywhere you look, there’s hate,
\n( I don’t like you for some reason)
\nblame, (This is YOUR fault, not mine)
\nanger, (You’ve made me so angry)
\nbitterness. <\/p>\n
Why can’t you come home sooner?
\nShow people that they need to love
\nother people instead of hating someone
\nthey don’t even know.
\nGod, we could really use you.<\/p>\n
I have all these questions and I have no
\nanswers to them. We need divine intervention
\nWe need you to come down to earth
\nand knock sense into us all<\/p>\n
We get so caught up in all of the stuff that
\nhappens, and we have all the excuses as
\nto why things happen the way they do.
\nbut no one acknowledges your plan
\nfor our lives. <\/p>\n
You aren’t in schools anymore.
\nThey took you out.
\nIt offends people who weren’t brought
\nup in church.
\nWell Gee- Maybe if we had more kids
\nbrought up in church- the world might be
\na little different.<\/p>\n
In the courthouse, your presence is denied
\nexcept for people swearing on your book
\nto tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing
\nBUT the truth.
\nHow can people tell the truth when most
\ntimes they don’t know WHAT the truth is
\nanymore?<\/p>\n
In politcs you aren’t around
\nexcept for when people take your name in vain
\nbecause they want to make their point known.
\nMaybe if they stop taking your name-
\nPeople will listen.<\/p>\n
You aren’t allowed anywhere anymore
\nbecause its always violating someone’s beliefs
\nsomeone’s insecurities. Their rights.
\nwhy? What are people afraid of?<\/p>\n
You wanna know something God?
\nThe biggest issue that I have with
\nall of the other religions?
\nYou are the same God in EVERY religion
\nBut no one can see it, you have over a 100 different
\nnames-
\nNo one cares.
\nTheir God is better than my god.
\nNo one GETS IT that
