\nsuch a sweet release
\noh so liberating
\nto have the courage to pen down my thoughts
\nmy fears and to make sense of it all.<\/p>\n
\nexpress myself,
\nit\u2019s in my essence
\nand if you peeled back the layers
\nof my toughened exterior
\nyou\u2019d see a beating but bleeding heart
\nsimply pouring itself.
\nYearning to understand and to be understood.<\/p>\n
\nabout the things I desire, things that I am afraid to admit to myself
\nI end up confessing on paper with a natural ease.<\/p>\n
\nthe encouragement I inspire within myself
\nmy self-determination,
\nmy anxieties and my random bursts of expression
\nmake sense when I sit down to write.
\nI don\u2019t condemn myself for all the things that make me who I am.
\nI hate myself a little less,
\nI can face the person staring back at me in the mirror.<\/p>\n
\nwithout the fear of judgement
\nwithout any misgivings.
\nSafe space for expression and manifestation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
