We’ve gone around so many times now<\/p>\n
& though we’ve gotten accustomed to it,<\/p>\n
it’s hard not to think about what the fiery blaze<\/p>\n
might portent for our future.<\/p>\n

Would it bring about a shining tomorrow<\/p>\n
filled with golden opportunities & endless pathways<\/p>\n
to success? Or is it just another false prophecy designed<\/p>\n
to provide us with an unreliable sense of security?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Looking through history, it didn’t work out well for those<\/p>\n
who came before but they may have employed the wrong<\/p>\n
strategies in their quest for the elusive tabula rasa.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In any case, there’s only one way to uncover the mystery behind<\/p>\n
it all. So at some point, you either need to light up a match or accept<\/p>\n
