Every year I allow myself one poem in which I can use just haiku<\/p>\n
To capture the light and life<\/p>\n
Of a prompt I don’t quite vibe with<\/p>\n
This year was tough but none were quite<\/p>\n
Worth just giving in<\/p>\n
Letting my unease win<\/p>\n
This year I did perform before<\/p>\n
An audience of 10 at most<\/p>\n
While sharing my work with you<\/p>\n
They all had my back<\/p>\n
And so this year no haiku is had<\/p>\n
Which is neither good or bad<\/p>\n
