She came to me at five weeks old<\/p>\n

a bundle of joy a most\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

definite beauty to behold\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Six months old and she tripled in size<\/p>\n

Curiosity rode high<\/p>\n

in her amber wolf eyes\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Her stubborn streak began she started<\/p>\n

to balk at my commands – She\u2019d dart for the door<\/p>\n

and she ran and ran\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She decided she was boss<\/p>\n

of my little docile<\/p>\n

Leaving me with a huge sense of loss<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

My little grandson had come\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

to live with us now, an obstinate\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

wolf pup would have to go<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The trainer came and took her\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

away to stay with him then he\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

could find another home for her there\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Miserable I was and cried every night<\/p>\n

without her by my side<\/p>\n

I slept in a constant state of fright\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Three long months later\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I gave the trainer a call\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I can\u2019t do without her, no not at all<\/p>\n

His voice betrayed the smile<\/p>\n

I could not see, you\u2019ve just received\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
