It never was.<br \/>\nWell, maybe somewhat\u2026<br \/>\nBut\u2026 but\u2026 but\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Like a toy the child once<br \/>\nplayed with for a moment, I was.<br \/>\nI was the toy. He was the toy.<br \/>\nGames, games, games!<br \/>\nAm I not too old for this?<\/p>\n<p>No, never\u2026<br \/>\nmind games I play all alone<br \/>\nto convince myself of my value.<br \/>\nAnd the worst part of it all?<br \/>\nThis isn\u2019t even a good poem!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ego!
