that cops find out about and crash down your door<\/p>\n
putting knees on backs and making arms Kimura<\/p>\n
‘I just wanted to be enlightened, sir,’ is never a good excuse<\/p>\n
or a joke that’s appreciated<\/p>\n
earning neither laughs or nods<\/p>\n
but quick knees to the ribs.<\/p>\n

where some man in a suit<\/p>\n
is selling his party wares<\/p>\n
healthcare and bringing them home<\/p>\n
‘Under their skin, if you look hard enough,<\/p>\n
you see veins pumping blood,<\/p>\n
a brain no bigger than ours,<\/p>\n
and a heart in darkness,’<\/p>\n
he stares up at the ceiling<\/p>\n
where something I can’t see<\/p>\n
is keeping his attention<\/p>\n
