Swing my legs over as
\nI shut up my alarm so sleepy
\nI want a few more hours
\nof sleep<\/p>\n
Maybe just a few more minutes
\nNope!
\nGotta get moving<\/p>\n
Get up and start to gather
\nmy stuff as fast as I can
\nIt\u2019s 3am-
\nTime to get up
\nshower and smell
\ndecent<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t really want to shower
\nbut I need to so i don\u2019t stink
\npeople out at work
\nIt\u2019s a must<\/p>\n
Out of the shower and
\nI feel more alive then I did
\nbeforehand
\nDo I have time for food?<\/p>\n
Not really.
\nThrow the bucket of cereal
\nin my bag, along with the scrubs
\nWait-
\nTHE SCRUBS<\/p>\n
Can\u2019t very well show up for work
\nwithout my uniform-my boss is lenient
\nbut I don\u2019t want to push my luck
\ntoday<\/p>\n
It\u2019s 3:45am and I need to hustle
\nmostly I hate biking this early-
\nbut I want to make sure I\u2019m there
\non time, if not early<\/p>\n
I like biking early sometimes
\nbecause you see things that you
\nnormally don\u2019t when everyone is
\nrushing around to get to where
\nthey need to be.<\/p>\n
Like the fox that just darted
\nacross the road
\nand the skunk that,
\nYes Sir, You can have the whole
\nroad-
\nJust don\u2019t spray me!<\/p>\n
There goes a police car-
\nI hope he will stay safe- I
\nshould be watching the road
\nmaking sure I stay safe.<\/p>\n
Up the hill and stop to rest as
\nI catch my breath. I need to get
\nmore in shape. Either that, or
\nYou know-
\nget a car<\/p>\n
I check the time as I bike up to the door
\nIt\u2019s been a good bike ride, Invigorating
\nI am now ready to slay my day. <\/p>\n
