Fixing my attitude
\nThough it’s a wicked life
\nCleaning in sweet sad solitude
\nMy messes that brought strife<\/p>\n
Why watch the rain under the shade
\nWhen I can dance in it?
\nIt soon slows to a drizzle
\nPit-a-pat pit-a-pat
\nIt’s the sound of a life starting to fade<\/p>\n
I’ve read about gravity
\nThe nine planets, aliens and galaxies
\nIncase I’m ever trapped in space
\n On the top shelfs are books so dusty
\n’bout the devil, hell and it’s calamities
\nHe’ll hnows I won’t read a phrase
\nMy gaze is ethereal these days
\nBooks about everything holy
\nGod, heaven and grace ‘s a yes please
\nFor they’ll wipe my soul of every trace<\/p>\n
On my way home
\nOnly good days I’ll recall
\nI’ll forget the enemies’ zone
\n‘Nd all who made me fall<\/p>\n
It’s my final moments
\nHear my last words
\nAnoint me clergies
\nAnd to those I brought torments
\nTo visions I have blurred
