a small bottle is revealed,<\/p>\n
tossed and jostled in the chaos<\/p>\n
until it finally is left behind<\/p>\n
as the tide fades back to sea.<\/p>\n
The tiny vessel now lies still,<\/p>\n
its glass glistening as the day brightens.<\/p>\n
A small piece of paper within<\/p>\n
hides its secret,<\/p>\n
folded so the written words cannot be seen.<\/p>\n
The dreams of its owner<\/p>\n
are penned in ink<\/p>\n
and pinned on the hope<\/p>\n
that a curious passerby<\/p>\n
will take the time to read what\u2019s inside.<\/p>\n
