Silence dies, the city cries.<\/p>\n
I hear the songs of sacrifice.<\/p>\n
Marihuana scented wiffs, a musky dusty bitter gulp.<\/p>\n
Spitting verbage tuned composed.<\/p>\n
The taste of poems fills the air,<\/p>\n

This prompt is ‘sus’, it made me lie.<\/p>\n
Writing poems makes me fat,<\/p>\n
Is it lie or is it fact.<\/p>\n

Devine pen defies time<\/p>\n
By deleting every rhyme. I pressed rewind.<\/p>\n
Look up in the sky, its the poet, he can fly.<\/p>\n
This too shall pass us by.<\/p>\n
