Grilled cheese at 3am<\/p>\n
It’s stickers from the Dollar Tree<\/p>\n
And laughing in the bed<\/p>\n
It’s promises that I still hear<\/p>\n
Although they’ve long since died<\/p>\n
It’s sketchbooks full of lettering<\/p>\n
And a pair of ocean eyes<\/p>\n
Love is what I carry with me<\/p>\n
Each and every day<\/p>\n
It’s there in every word I write<\/p>\n
And the words that got away<\/p>\n
It’s memories and melodies<\/p>\n
