What is love my heart asks<\/p>\n
and I have no reply.<\/p>\n
Poets for centuries tried to define love<\/p>\n
and a million explanations and definitions abound.<\/p>\n
Yet one has to ask, if you can define love, is it really love?<\/p>\n
Love is a feeling. A ghost of events, a tale<\/p>\n
of multiple environments, a chemical reaction some say.<\/p>\n
Scientists may call it just a longing to be accepted<\/p>\n
while young men confuse it with lust.<\/p>\n
Yet, as a man who has loved and lost many times,<\/p>\n
tripped over love, stepped on love,<\/p>\n
socked love in the chops and been decked repeatedly<\/p>\n
by love,<\/p>\n
I say love is …..love. It is not physical nor chemical<\/p>\n
but a deeper quantum spiritual existence.<\/p>\n
Love is love.<\/p>\n
