Rare, one Alexandrite<br \/>\nfound for every 100 Emeralds.<\/p>\n<p>The first stone was found in Russia\u2019s<br \/>\nUral Mountains in 1830, on Prince<br \/>\nAlexander II\u2019s birthday; it was later<\/p>\n<p>named for him. It is June\u2019s birth stone,<br \/>\nand believed to be a good omen,<br \/>\nbringing good fortune and love.<\/p>\n<p>I cherish this ring even more,<br \/>\na gift from a friend who had said<br \/>\nhe had a gift for me if I promised<\/p>\n<p>to wear it.
