I never claimed to be wise or a savant
\nin any way, don\u2019t possess extraordinary
\nknowledge on any one subject,
\nnever thought of myself as a purveyor
\nof wisdom but I can share my experience
\nwith you for whatever it\u2019s worth.<\/p>\n
Leave sleeping dogs lie is crucial
\nas is leave husbands sleeping on the couch
\nalone, let them wake up whenever the dog
\ndecides it\u2019s time to get up, go out, go to bed.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t believe everything you read.
\nif Cinderella\u2019s shoe fit perfect, why did it fall off?
\nThis too shall pass, yeah, right, like a kidney stone
\nand it\u2019s gonna hurt.
\nBack off, if I was meant to be controlled,
\nI would have come with a remote.
\nYes, the truth hurts; you would too
\nif you were stretched as much.
\nA thousand mile journey starts with one step;
\njust watch where you put your foot.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t ever expect anyone ever to do anything
\nyou didn\u2019t ask them to. If they do it, woohoo
\nbe glad there are no grumbles about my time,
\nor I\u2019ll do it later right before never, maybe,
\nwhich is around the time you\u2019ll do it yourself
\nand do it right.<\/p>\n
An apple a day will keep anyone away
\nif you throw it hard enough.
\nSince light is faster than sound, some people
\nmay appear bright… wait until they speak.
\nKnow what you want but more important,
\nknow what you don\u2019t want.
\nTrust dogs; they are a very good judge of character.
\nIf given a choice, pick the purple one.
