Unable to trust oneself<\/p>\n<p>To let go of the fear<\/p>\n<p>Where did the fear come from?<\/p>\n<p>Emotional pain<\/p>\n<p>Found deep inside<\/p>\n<p>Hiding in the shadows<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Directions given to the shadows<\/p>\n<p>by limiting beliefs and past regrets<\/p>\n<p>in short Guilt and recriminations!<\/p>\n<p>How does one free themselves from this nightmare?<\/p>\n<p>Self-Acceptance that we are<\/p>\n<p>Truly loved and Self-forgiveness<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By setting ourselves free<\/p>\n<p>We can dance with the moon<\/p>\n<p>And be re energised by the sun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Living in fear Paralysed in every facet of your life Enduring unnecessary pain and anguish Why?
