Hi everyone. This is my test post and self-intro.\u00a0I’ll be working on a visual poem\u00a0called SCRO<\/em> that’s been\u00a0underway for a while. Starting at 6 am tomorrow, I’ll be generating 24 panels, one an hour, from 24 handwritten pages.<\/p>\n

Got the base text finished today. Here’s the first page.<\/p>\n

Am I cheating? since the writing’s done ahead of time? My feeling here is, the poem isn’t the writing, it’s the visual poem that the writing turns into. I’d do that with the page above to show you \u2013 but the marathon hasn’t started yet! so that\u00a0would<\/em> be cheating.<\/p>\n

\u2014 pictures of the house I could
\nsend him now that the land-
\nscaping\u2019s almost done. Bay
\n+ I set raised beds\u20142 big
\nones for summer vegetables + 3
\nsmaller ones where I\u2019m going
\nto plant fruit trees I need to
\ndrive up to Cloud Mountain
\nFarm to choose. There\u2019s<\/u> a
\ngreeting. Another is, before
\nI\u2019d even heard<\/u> that the mort-
\ngage was more than a
\nbank was going to lend me on my
\nown, he\u2019d e-mailed to ask if he
\ncould help. The house is my own
\n\u2014bought w\/ my labour \u2014
\nbut his name verifies mine. A
\nbed under the LR window for
\nperennial herbs, a bed under
\nthe kitchen window for edible
\nflowers. We laid drainage in the
\nfall + raised + levelled the
\nyard w\/ topsoil to try to dry<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
