It’s the time of the day when you are very loud<\/p>\n
Your smile is contagious you are one of the crowd<\/p>\n
You hide ‘though it hurts You pretend you’re okay<\/p>\n
You hide in a mask everything’s a display<\/p>\n
Before Darkness…<\/p>\n
People lie about things they don’t look in the eye<\/p>\n
They just laugh they smile with their hopes in the sky<\/p>\n
But I know they are tired and can’t wait to be home<\/p>\n
They’re waiting and waiting\u00a0 for darkness to come<\/p>\n
During Darkness<\/p>\n
It’s the time of the day when people are\u00a0 true<\/p>\n
So sincere and so honest blue when they’re blue<\/p>\n
They just pour out their hearts they will shout they will cry<\/p>\n
And no eyes can see them None will doubt None will lie.<\/p>\n
