Life consumed to nurture new life<\/p>\n
Sacrifice necessary and understood<\/p>\n
Predation for survival, not profit<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Yes, before the darkness there was harmony<\/p>\n
Not this insidious dissonance<\/p>\n
Not this separation and ignorance<\/p>\n
Not this bliss addiction and mechanical rhythms<\/p>\n
This obsession with finishing,<\/p>\n
Forgetting the shared beginning of all things<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Before, the separation was indistinct<\/p>\n
The web interdependence accepted, not ignored, not manipulated for personal gain<\/p>\n
No concept of shame, of difference, of superiority, authority, minorities,<\/p>\n
All forms simply part of a greater mosaic<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Before darkness, the greater picture was illuminated<\/p>\n
The balance understood and inherent<\/p>\n
So we seek light<\/p>\n
To make these ancient truths again apparent.<\/p>\n
