{"id":21626,"date":"2016-08-13T15:14:03","date_gmt":"2016-08-13T19:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepoetrymarathon.com\/blog\/?p=21626"},"modified":"2016-08-13T18:49:19","modified_gmt":"2016-08-13T22:49:19","slug":"21626","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepoetrymarathon.com\/blog\/2016\/08\/21626\/","title":{"rendered":"The Boy I Loved For A Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Curly hair and an impish grin,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Merry green eyes and a confident chin,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When he winked at me I got butterflies,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He wasn\u2019t afraid to look into my eyes,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He told me he\u2019d buy me an ice cream cone,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And then he said he\u2019d walk me home,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Will you meet me here tomorrow?
