Every day is filled with unplanned events<\/span><\/p>\n

Some are good, some are not<\/span><\/p>\n

We are forced to deal with each<\/span><\/p>\n

Anxiety and depression<\/span><\/p>\n

Color each, making it bigger than it is<\/span><\/p>\n

It can be consuming<\/span><\/p>\n

And overwhelming<\/span><\/p>\n

But one must decide<\/span><\/p>\n

And deliberately react<\/span><\/p>\n

In a way that will lessen the blow<\/span><\/p>\n

Letting it stay surfaced as it belongs<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Taking the good, the bad, <\/span><\/p>\n

The hard to understand<\/span><\/p>\n

And focusing to stay above it<\/span><\/p>\n

Learning from it and accepting it<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Discovering along the way<\/span><\/p>\n

That each has a place<\/span><\/p>\n

And can lead to growth<\/span><\/p>\n

If we are willing<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Until we accept life<\/span><\/p>\n

Embrace the changes with resolve<\/span><\/p>\n

Welcome the unpredictable<\/span><\/p>\n

And realize that it all leads to fulfillment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The real-ness.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

The emotion. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The questions.<\/span><\/p>\n
