welcoming piney wood cabin.<\/p>\n
When we reached our destination,<\/p>\n
the panic I felt had dissolved into joy.<\/p>\n
We were cloistered by the tranquility,<\/p>\n
hominess and comfort of the<\/p>\n
gingham curtains and canopied bed.<\/p>\n
Outside, the half-moon sky recalled<\/p>\n
the glory of the vast hours spent<\/p>\n
reading, swimming or rowing the<\/p>\n
tboat across the lake where we<\/p>\n
talked through the idleness of<\/p>\n
August’s green days and genial<\/p>\n
nights\u00a0that came\u00a0in late summer.<\/p>\n
