A friend almost died<\/p>\n

I think I have his room right.<\/p>\n
Where might he be?”<\/p>\n

“Are you a relative,” she sighed.<\/p>\n
“I am, I am. Is he alright?”<\/p>\n
“They sent him down for surgery,<\/p>\n
he’s getting his zipper tonight.”<\/p>\n

I looked at her queerly, so<\/p>\n
she explained it to me.<\/p>\n
A zipper is a term they use<\/p>\n
for by-pass surgery.<\/p>\n
