She walks in<\/p>\n

courage,<\/p>\n

cunning,<\/p>\n

and strength \u2013<\/p>\n

head high,<\/p>\n

chest out,<\/p>\n

a pixie of the<\/p>\n

lot<\/p>\n

abandoned to Nature\u2019s grasp \u2013<\/p>\n

Nature always gets<\/p>\n

Hers back.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Owl perches on her head,<\/p>\n

giving her sight into<\/p>\n

places where others are blind \u2013<\/p>\n

it is as magic<\/p>\n

as she \u2013<\/p>\n

pixie of the<\/p>\n

lot<\/p>\n

abandoned to Nature.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Her fox medicine<\/p>\n

leads the way \u2013<\/p>\n

integration<\/p>\n

of city<\/p>\n

and not city \u2013<\/p>\n

she adapts<\/p>\n

to any space;<\/p>\n

as at home amongst<\/p>\n

graffiti\u2019d walls<\/p>\n

as forests,<\/p>\n

she is the<\/p>\n

pixie of the<\/p>\n

lot<\/p>\n

abandoned<\/p>\n

to Nature.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And,<\/p>\n

to complete<\/p>\n

the coalition<\/p>\n

of the<\/p>\n

funky<\/p>\n

girl-child<\/p>\n

psyche,<\/p>\n

is Bear medicine:<\/p>\n

introspection,<\/p>\n

mother-wit,<\/p>\n

the wisdom of the ancestors<\/p>\n

that will keep her<\/p>\n

safe here<\/p>\n

in this world<\/p>\n

between the worlds<\/p>\n

of concrete<\/p>\n

and<\/p>\n

sapling.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She strides,<\/p>\n

proudly,<\/p>\n

wildly,<\/p>\n

assured of her place<\/p>\n

as<\/p>\n

pixie of the<\/p>\n

lot<\/p>\n

abandoned to Nature.<\/p>\n
