Me, myself, and I.
\nOutwardly internalize
\nThe lessons have been optimized<\/p>\n

Demonized versions,
\nhalt heavenly mertions
\nOf spirit, body, and mind.<\/p>\n

Yet I find,
\nMe, myself, and I,
\nOutwardly internalized.
\nThe speration has been taught
\nIn school lessons, literature, and script
\nEgo, thought, and spirit.<\/p>\n

Me, me, me, protect that which is holy
\nMyself, myself, myself, the conscious division
\nI, I, I, the eye in the sky<\/p>\n

What happens to me,
\nIs that of myself,
\nNot what happens to I.<\/p>\n

What I want
\nI tell myself
\nSo the light can see me.
\nI want what’s best.
\nThat which settles is a comfortable hell,
\nBelieved by me, one side of myself.
\nThe other side is I.
\nSplit on an axis.
\nDeceived by the eyes.<\/p>\n

Yet protection comes with rage.
\nOf living out your days giving up,
\nA walk on part in the war,<\/p>\n

For a lead role in a cage.
\nThat I always walk by and shake.
\nTo let you know I’m awake.
\nDefend that which saves you.
\nAt the moment you need to.
\nIt will help keep you safe.
\nThat which I think.
\nIs thought up myself.
\nIt happens to me.
\nNo body else.
\nHas my time,
\nOr my eyes.<\/p>\n

Inwardly externalize.
\nMe, myself, and I.
\nSince the dawn of mind.
\nMe, myself, and I.
\nEye con.
\nI.<\/p>\n
