What is there in all of this,<\/span><\/p>\n

That I want to write amiss?<\/span><\/p>\n

Why do I find joy in verse?<\/span><\/p>\n

Could my thinkings make things worse?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Poetry is my defence<\/span><\/p>\n

To put face to arrogance,<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes I know it isn\u2019t much<\/span><\/p>\n

But it gives me hope as such.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not to mention\u2014 lovely touch.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Looking out onto the day,<\/span><\/p>\n

I would love to share my way.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would gladly give you sight,<\/span><\/p>\n

Of the world as I see right.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hope you think I\u2019m not a bore,<\/span><\/p>\n

That I share my thoughts some more.<\/span><\/p>\n

If I had my way you\u2019d see,<\/span><\/p>\n

I might be like you could be.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In defence of all of this,<\/span><\/p>\n

I would hope that you would miss,<\/span><\/p>\n

All my prattling about,<\/span><\/p>\n

And the thoughts I do without,<\/span><\/p>\n

Put to words that make a rhyme. <\/span><\/p>\n

Love to \u00a0hear your thoughts some time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hope you\u2019ll share them here with me.<\/span><\/p>\n

You might change eternity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Write your words for all to see,<\/span><\/p>\n
