\nEvacuation center
\nSmokey skies are burning
\nThe sun’s on fire
\nThe moon immersed in
\nA tidal pool of blood <\/p>\n
Province burning, ‘copters whirling
\nDraw nearer
\nBreathe deep and try not to think
\nOf what could or could not be
\nIt’s just about time
\nFor the hot point in the year
\nThink carefully <\/p>\n
Lakes are flooding, so many dying
\nWater and Air
\nFire and Earth
\nAll trade places
\nNothing could be done about that perhaps
\nNot but you or me
\nBut the rest!
\nWe’re all caught up in it
\nTrees explode like roman candles
\nWhat started this?
\nOne cigarette<\/p>\n
Still too cool to put the flicker out
\nInstead of flash it out the window
\nOnto the tinder and broken land

\nNo one is safe from any of this
\nDon’t think anyone is too good to
