Higher than being and yet still sober<\/p>\n
Complete peace in the face of insanity<\/p>\n
A living dichotomy<\/p>\n
Wrapped inside the mystery of a double edged sword<\/p>\n
Who holds the keys to darkness if they are holding the keys<\/p>\n
The keys, holding them, and a sense of neutrality has them seized<\/p>\n
No, death and death are not capable of owning each other<\/p>\n
And believing in myself to rise above myself<\/p>\n
Is a logic puzzle of a whole other<\/p>\n
Please. \u00a0As if I was truly capable of anything<\/p>\n
When since the day I was born I was breast-feeding<\/p>\n
Not even capable of choosing my own food<\/p>\n
Please. \u00a0Believe in myself. \u00a0Ridiculous<\/p>\n
Because it is the brains who are full of non self which achieve the most<\/p>\n
Nothing metaphysical just a practical arrangement of space<\/p>\n
Just as absence of feeling is the opposite of love<\/p>\n
Not paying attention to self is not self destruction<\/p>\n
Or a lack of self care<\/p>\n
There are those who rightfully choose<\/p>\n
To not, believe in themselves, but rather in the power of God<\/p>\n
And the weaknesses I have do not drum themselves up<\/p>\n
For they can’t, just as metaphors are never made in and out of themselves<\/p>\n
I make them to make the poetry make sense<\/p>\n
Obviously. But I don’t believe in myself. \u00a0No, I believe in Jesus- in God and know that is the only reason I can sing<\/p>\n
Sing 15 poems and jump into a marathon already running.<\/p>\n
Even evolutionists can recognize that evolutionary advances only adapted over time based on external conditions<\/p>\n
Survival of the fittest<\/p>\n
And yet when faced with the external conditions of eternity, human depravity, and the inadequacy of savings oneself – very rare to find a fit<\/p>\n
