They sat<\/p>\n<p>on his porch, staring at trees,<\/p>\n<p>waiting for family to come<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>and clean out his closet stuffed<\/p>\n<p>with overalls and white shirts<\/p>\n<p>and dirty boots. One German<\/p>\n<p>Shepherd, one Cocker Spaniel,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>both light brown and dusty<\/p>\n<p>porcelain.
