Exaggeration poetry<\/p>\n
The teacher asked her student
\n“How was your birthday celebration?”<\/p>\n
John’s excited voice was loud and he said
\n“Miss, it was great. The cake was
\nas huge as a whale. The balloons
\nhung from the ceiling to the floor.”<\/p>\n
For someone who was yet to learn
\ncounting, he held his hands apart
\nand said, “A hundred friends came
\nover and they all fit into my home.”<\/p>\n
“We drank ten gallons of orange juice
\nWe ate a large pizza each. Our tummies
\nwere swimming in the chocolate sauce,
\nthat melted the vanilla ice creams<\/p>\n
The music was so loud, that entire
\narea danced to the tune. We enjoyed
\nmy birthday with fireworks, till
\nthe rays of dawn told us to stop”<\/p>\n
His expressions were full of awe
\nHe captured the attention of all
\nhis friends. His teacher smiled
\nencouragingly and thought, “Here
\nis a great story teller in the making”<\/p>\n
