waiting for the shrapnel<\/p>\n

of piercing rain<\/p>\n

what makes me think<\/p>\n

a cup of chamomile tea<\/p>\n

will set things right<\/p>\n

the saucers are chipped<\/p>\n

with arguments<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I’d like a bee<\/p>\n

to fly the gauntlet<\/p>\n

of my garden chimes<\/p>\n

the sound coated<\/p>\n

with lavender<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

some news today<\/p>\n

about the wars in the world<\/p>\n

while we tend<\/p>\n

our garden of strawberries,<\/p>\n

peaches, and lime<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

summer solstice …<\/p>\n

I paid all our debts<\/p>\n

last week<\/p>\n

that nothing should disturb<\/p>\n
