Rifles clanging to padded armor,<\/p>\n
The screams of kidnapped people<\/p>\n
The cries of burning victims,<\/p>\n
The woman remembered how she lost her family<\/p>\n
They were running in the streets of an unknown city,<\/p>\n
Her mother was shot clean between the eyes<\/p>\n
But she kept going as she held her brother’s hand<\/p>\n
The soldiers picked him up like a plaything beating the woman in the process<\/p>\n
And took her away in the blink of an eye<\/p>\n
She didn’t know where they took her<\/p>\n
But all she knew was that they intended to harm her,<\/p>\n
The pulsating sounds of horns pierced her ear drums<\/p>\n
And molested her cerebral<\/p>\n
Everytime she cursed them, they sounded the horns again<\/p>\n
They sounded the horns until her conscience seeped out of her mind<\/p>\n
Until she couldn’t think anymore<\/p>\n
Until she wasn’t herself no longer<\/p>\n
