fresh air and new life<\/p>\n
fill every fiber of my being.<\/p>\n
My very existence<\/p>\n
is tied to the rush of wind<\/p>\n
within my lungs,<\/p>\n
each and every cell<\/p>\n
grateful for the gift<\/p>\n
that continuosly renews itself<\/p>\n
as long as my body still moves<\/p>\n
and my heart still beats.<\/p>\n
Breathe out –<\/p>\n
the old stale past<\/p>\n
flows away,<\/p>\n
leaving behind<\/p>\n
a clean and empty slate.<\/p>\n
Already circulated particles<\/p>\n
pick up the pieces<\/p>\n
of dirt and doubt,<\/p>\n
and they are pushed out,<\/p>\n
making room<\/p>\n
for the next breath<\/p>\n
to start the cycle again.<\/p>\n
