People are complex and sophisticated <\/strong><\/em>\r\nthough hopeless and helpless <\/strong><\/em>\r\nwhen left to their own devices.<\/strong><\/em><\/pre>\n
I thought I was the only one <\/strong><\/em>\r\ntrapped in the endless circle<\/strong><\/em>\r\ncomplexities of life decisions <\/strong><\/em>\r\nand consequences.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nCarrying around this weight <\/strong><\/em>\r\nI just couldn't shake off.<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nIt refused to leave<\/strong><\/em>\r\nI kept running away\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nand kept postponing my plans\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nfor dealing with it.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nIt only grew heavier.<\/strong><\/em>\r\nNot acknowledging it and <\/strong><\/em>\r\naddressing it\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nonly made things harder.<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nEveryone has their own share\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nof devils to deal with at any given time.<\/strong><\/em>\r\nYou have no idea what the person\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nsitting next to you is going through.<\/strong><\/em>\r\nCould be completely broken or defeated.<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nI guess in a way I take comfort in the fact <\/strong><\/em>\r\nthat I am not the only one stuck\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\nthe reassurance itself is enough..<\/strong><\/em>\r\nit's comforting to know<\/strong><\/em>\r\n'I am not alone.'<\/strong><\/em>\r\nIt gives me the strength to carry on...<\/strong><\/em>\r\nwhen I don't want to.<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\n-Janice Raquela Mendonca\u00a0\u00a0\r\n\r\n<\/strong><\/em><\/pre>\n
