“Is There Ever Such A Thing as Lost?” by Mandy Austin Cook<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Is there ever such a thing as lost?<\/p>\n

we think as we look with limited eyes<\/p>\n

only able to see a tiny puzzle piece<\/p>\n

of the entire pieced-together radiance of the horizon.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

nearsighted squinting without glasses<\/p>\n

trying to navigate one’s way<\/p>\n

if you go off of\u00a0 what only yourself can see<\/p>\n

then Lost will surely find you.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

rather reach out with trust<\/p>\n

knowing there is something beyond<\/p>\n

your own tiny parcel<\/p>\n

of what you’re calling<\/p>\n

“understanding”<\/p>\n

To comprehend is to realize<\/p>\n

there is no understanding without guidance.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I still will squint to look for you<\/p>\n

but i know you see the bigger picture<\/p>\n

Lord thank you for being my glasses.<\/p>\n

for I am glad there are things in this world<\/p>\n

more vast<\/p>\n
